1. Who We Are

OnlineTruthOrDare.com ("we", "us", "the Service") is a clean browser-based party icebreaker and conversation-card game operated as an individual venture from India. By accessing or using OnlineTruthOrDare.com, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

If you are under the minimum applicable age, you may not use this Service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a minor is using the Service inappropriately, please contact us at support@onlinetruthordare.com.

3. The Service

OnlineTruthOrDare.com provides a browser-based clean party icebreaker game with free and premium tiers.

• Free tier — Access to Pairs, Friends, Icebreakers, and Party game modes with a free card set available each session.
• Pro tier — Unlocks extended clean card sets, longer sessions, and an ad-free experience. The exact card counts and features available under Pro may change as we expand the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

4. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You may use the free tier without signing in. An account is required to purchase and maintain a Pro subscription, so that your subscription status can be linked to your email address.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide a valid email address when creating an account. You agree not to impersonate another person or use a false identity.
• You must notify us immediately at support@onlinetruthordare.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is associated with a disputed or charged-back payment, without prior notice and without refund.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro access is available through the following subscription plans:

• Annual Plan — $20.00 USD per year (equivalent to $1.67/month). Provides full Pro access for 365 calendar days from the date of purchase. This represents a saving of approximately 72% compared to the Monthly Plan billed over the same period.
• Monthly Plan — $6.00 USD per month. Provides full Pro access for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

When a paid plan is offered for purchase, the checkout screen identifies the payment processor before payment is submitted. That processor securely handles billing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and payment-method storage under its own terms and privacy notice.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable plan price on each renewal date using your saved payment method. You will receive a receipt from the payment provider for each charge.

Cancellation: Any recurring paid plan offered through the Service will provide a clear self-service subscription management method for stopping future renewal. You may also contact us at support@onlinetruthordare.com for billing help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until that date unless a refund is issued.

6. Refunds

Because our Service delivers digital content that is made available immediately upon purchase, the following refund rules apply:

• Annual Plan — Eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided premium content has not been substantially used. After 7 days, refunds are generally limited because premium digital content is available immediately. Cancellation stops renewal but access continues until the 365-day period ends.
• Monthly Plan — Eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided premium content has not been substantially used. Refund requests after 7 days, or where significant use of premium content has occurred, are assessed at our sole discretion.

To request a refund, email support@onlinetruthordare.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by the payment provider within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

EU / UK consumers: Your statutory withdrawal rights remain in effect unless, at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of premium digital content and separately acknowledge loss of the applicable withdrawal right where permitted by law. We do not treat that right as waived without that explicit consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Enter, share, or submit content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexual, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create or request adult, nude, sexual, coercive, hateful, humiliating, unsafe, or third-party-contact prompts.
• Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or interfere with any subscription verification or access control mechanism.
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service or its content.
• Share or resell your account credentials or subscription access with any other person.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any user who violates these rules, without refund and without prior notice.

8. Private Local Inputs

The Service allows users to enter player names and, in local pass-and-play only, create private local cards for their own device. Private local cards are not public, are not sold by users, are not included in online multiplayer rooms, and cannot be published to the shared card library through normal gameplay. We may filter, reject, remove, or disable any user-entered content that appears unsafe or violates these Terms.

Public card content is curated by OnlineTruthOrDare.com. Any submitted deck ideas or feedback are reviewed before they can be used in the public game.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to game cards, text, graphics, logos, UI design, and code — is the property of OnlineTruthOrDare.com or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than to play the game as intended. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, and our Safety Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read them carefully to understand how we collect, use, protect information, and keep gameplay clean.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OnlineTruthOrDare.com and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnlineTruthOrDare.com and its operator from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any content you submit through the Service.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Software License and Service Terms: Your use of the OnlineTruthOrDare.com web application, its game content, and these Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the Service or these Terms.

Payment and Billing Disputes:If you buy a paid plan, payment processing, billing, and purchase transactions are handled by the processor identified during checkout. That processor's buyer terms may apply to billing disputes, chargebacks, refunds, and payment-related issues.

Before initiating any legal proceedings related to the Service, you agree to first contact us at support@onlinetruthordare.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via the email address on your account where possible. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
